I have tried exporting the table and reading the SQL code and ran a search for any duplicates but there wasn't any.
Their customer service over the phone is a joke, as they never call you back when they say they will. The only times I've gotten a response out of them is when I left some pretty bad feedback on Facebook.
As dilbert9 mentioned, there are plenty of dodgy sellers out there who will create a user for the purposes of singing their own praises.
ST sent me the wrong part which I've returned but still waiting for the part I ordered. They offered me a discount and I ordered something else which I am now also waiting on. Very poor communication and some outright lies about shipping.

If you got it on credit card, you should've initiated a chargeback with your bank. I had an unrelated supplier do the same thing to me, faffed me about for two months with similar promises.

Edit: After opening – one tool (The drill driver) is obviously used, end of it is covered in dirt, sawdust etc – still works so I guess i'll keep it for now.
